Dear colleagues,
On behalf of the organizing committee, we are pleased to invite you to the Third Workshop on Statistics, Mathematics, and Computation and to the First Portuguese-Polish Workshop on Biometry, 21st-22nd July, 2008, at Communications Museum, (Portuguese Communications Foundation) Lisbon, Portugal.
The Workshops relate to challenges and perspectives in the development of methods and applications in the field of Statistics, Mathematics and Computation with special reference to biometry and bioinformatics.
The format of this Workshops will involve plenary talks, sessions with contributed talks and posters.
One of the aims of the Workshops is to bring together biometricians from Portugal and Poland sharing an interest in biometry in very wide sense.
