Welcome

After the success of previous editions, you are now warmly invited to attend the Workshop on Statistics, Mathematics and Computation (WSMC 2009) going into its fourth edition, to be held on November 9 and 10, 2009 in Lisbon - Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, Portugal.

In this workshop our challenge is to bring together academicians, researchers and practitioners of cross-disciplinary fields, to share research results, knowledge, practical experiences and the many advances in theory and applications, with emphasis in areas such as Biostatistics, Biometry, Biomedicine and Biomathematics, considering Computational issues.

Submissions from all these scientific areas, cross-disciplinary and applied papers submissions are appreciated.
