Information for Presenters

Oral Presentations

Planned time for a contributed talk is 20 minutes, including introduction and discussion, so please prepare your talk accordingly (upper limit of 15 min is recommended). All talks will be in english.

Invited speakers have 30 minutes for a talk, including introduction and discussion.

Standard equipment will be placed in each presentation hall:

Windows XP based computer with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Data projector

PowerPoint presentations and presentations in Pdf format will be supported.

Use of your own computer is not recommended. Contact us in advance if you really need your own equipment/software.

Please make your presence known to the session chair before your session starts and be present during entire session in which your presentation is scheduled.

Poster Presentations

We encourage posters that give an overview of ongoing, finalized or future research work, programmes and projects.
